The below-signed Tenant parties hereby reaffirm their agreement to be held responsible, individually or jointly, along with all other subsequent signers and/or co-signers (e.g., sublettor’s) to perform all duties stated in executed Lease and any and all other addendum’ (current and future), documents, or notices relating to the administration of said lease. This includes, but is not limited to a guarantee that ALL rent will be paid in FULL and on time. The existing Lease dated __________ and any addendum’s are hereby modified in the following--and only the following--ways:
